👤 Guest Verification & Security Deposit Since we don’t have a front desk or on-site staff, we rely on a simple system to help care for the home and keep things running smoothly for everyone. Guest is required to complete a pre-check in form upon reservation confirmation, in the form we kindly ask for: ➤ A quick photo ID verification before arrival ➤ A $300.00 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkout—as long as everything’s left in good shape (which it usually is!). It’s just our way of making sure the space stays lovely and ready for the next guest. Thanks so much for understanding! 🐶 Pet-Friendly (By Request) We’re happy to welcome your furry friends—just send us a quick message before booking to get approval. ➤ $170.00 pet fee per pet, per stay ➤ Pets must be house-trained, kept off furniture unless covered, and not left alone for long ➤ Please clean up after your pet inside and out 🗝️ We provide 1 apartment key, 1 key card by default. If you would like a second set of key, a $200 security deposit may be requested to cover any lost keys or access passes. Alternative Parking – Wilson Parking at 126 Margaret Street: Located a short walk from Queen’s Wharf. Rates are as follows: Hourly: From $15. Night (enter after 5 PM, exit before 6 AM): $22 per exit. Weekend: $22 per exit. Prepay Online: From $40. Prepaying online does not guarantee a reserved spot. In the unlikely event a space is unavailable, use the intercom to notify the Wilson Parking team for assistance. 🛋️ Sofa Bed Usage We’re happy to offer a sofa bed for extra guests upon request to ensure your stay is comfortable and suits your needs. ✨ How It Works: • The sofa bed is available by request only. Please let us know at least 24 hours before check-in if you would like it set up. • There is a $55 per stay setup and linen fee, covering professional linen, towels, and the additional cleaning required after use.
