👤 Guest Verification & Security Deposit Since we don’t have a front desk or on-site staff, we rely on a simple system to help care for the home and keep things running smoothly for everyone. Guest is required to complete a pre-check in form upon reservation confirmation, in the form we kindly ask for: ➤ A quick photo ID verification before arrival ➤ A $300.00 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkout—as long as everything’s left in good shape (which it usually is!). It’s just our way of making sure the space stays lovely and ready for the next guest. Thanks so much for understanding! 🐶 Pet-Friendly (By Request) We’re happy to welcome your furry friends—just send us a quick message before booking to get approval. ➤ $170.00 pet fee per pet, per stay ➤ Pets must be house-trained, kept off furniture unless covered, and not left alone for long ➤ Please clean up after your pet inside and out 🛌💤Just a heads up! If you’d like the second bed set up, there’s a $55 setup fee. Please let us know ahead of time so we can get everything ready and comfy for your stay. 🐾 Pets are welcome, but must be approved in advance. We can accommodate one small to medium-sized pet only. • A $170 pet fee per stay applies to cover deep cleaning and ensure the home is fresh for every guest. • A $300 pet damage deposit is also required and will be fully refunded after check-out, provided no damage is found. 🗝️ We provide 1 apartment key, 1 key card by default. For guests who are driving to our home please read the info below: On-Site Parking at The Star Casino: • We share parking facilities with The Star Casino. • Platinum members of The Star Club enjoy complimentary parking. • Other guests can utilize the casino’s parking at a rate of $20 per hour, capped at $80 per 24 hours.  Alternative Parking – Wilson Parking at 126 Margaret Street: • Located a short walk from Queen’s Wharf. • Rates are as follows: • Hourly: From $15. • Night (enter after 5 PM, exit before 6 AM): $22 per exit. • Weekend: $22 per exit. • Prepay Online: From $40. • Prepaying online does not guarantee a reserved spot. From riverside walks to world-class dining, shopping, and culture, the city is at your doorstep. 🚆 Public Transport • Central Station is about a 10-minute walk — easy access to trains across Brisbane and beyond. • The Queen Street bus terminal is close by for local and regional buses. • The CityCat ferry terminal is just down the road if you’d like to float your way around Brisbane. Highly recommend it — it’s like public transport, but prettier. 🚗 Driving & Parking Driving in Brisbane City is doable, but parking can be limited and expensive — especially during peak hours.
