👤 Guest Verification & Security Deposit Since we don’t have a front desk or on-site staff, we rely on a simple system to help care for the home and keep things running smoothly for everyone. Guest is required to complete a pre-check in form upon reservation confirmation, in the form we kindly ask for: ➤ A quick photo ID verification before arrival ➤ A $300.00 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkout—as long as everything’s left in good shape (which it usually is!). It’s just our way of making sure the space stays lovely and ready for the next guest. Thanks so much for understanding! 🐶 Pet-Friendly (By Request) We’re happy to welcome your furry friends—just send us a quick message before booking to get approval. ➤ $170.00 pet fee per pet, per stay ➤ $500.00 pet damage deposit is required and is refundable after your stay provided there is no damage ➤ Pets must be house-trained, kept off furniture unless covered, and not left alone for long ➤ Please clean up after your pet inside and out (especially make sure no dog poos outside in the front or back yard) This home was designed with structure and serenity in mind. We kindly ask all guests to respect the quiet nature of the neighbourhood—NO parties or disruptive gatherings. The property features canal frontage and a private pool. While visually stunning, please keep safety in mind—children MUST be supervised at all times. We provide a starter supply of essentials: quality toiletries, cleaning products, and pantry basics—enough to settle in comfortably before your first shop.
