Guest is required to complete a pre-check in form upon reservation confirmation, in the form we kindly ask for: ➤ A quick photo ID verification before arrival ➤ A $300.00 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkout—as long as everything’s left in good shape (which it usually is!). It’s just our way of making sure the space stays lovely and ready for the next guest. Could not recommend Billies place enough! I could not fault the stay at all. Communication was impeccable with her answering all questions promptly and easy check in instructions. She made an extra effort to ensure the check in was assessable and easy. It was an amazing night away.

A lovely, but sadly short stay at a beautiful apartment in a lovely, well positioned part of Brisbane. Billie was a delightful host who gave us clear directions and the whole experience was terrific and we can highly recommend it.

Billie was an incredibly responsive and attentive host. I had fair few queries throughout my stay and not once was Billie dismissive or seemed bothered in any way, only ever quick to help and assist. Nevermind having a wonderful host, the apartment itself was beautiful with an incredible view and all the amenities and tools we needed to feel right at home in the heart of the city. Being within walking distance from Uptown and Queen Street bus station made everything quite accessible. Will absolutely be staying here again in the future!

Fantastic apartment with stunning views across Brisbane! This unit is impeccably situated - close to bars, restaurants, a river-cat terminal and a short stroll to Queen St mall. Check in and check out is quick and simple, the host was very prompt in answering any questions. Lift access to and from the high floor is very fast - very little waiting time. We had our car with us and as we were visiting over a busy long weekend, parking onsite was not available. We found multiple public car parks within an easy 5 minute walk and we utilised those as an alternative. The unit itself was clean and well set out. Kitchen is well appointed for basic food prep (we mostly ate out at the numerous cafes and bars located nearby). Loved our stay, and would definitely recommend this apartment and host.

A lovely stay on the 61st floor, great views and a great little apartment. Nothing lacking. Great communication from the host as well and the price was good. I think the instructions about getting there after picking up the key are not as clear as they could be. It implies that the entryway is on William St, however you actually need to continue walking to the intersection of William and Alice, turn left and walk about 30m uphill, then you will find the entry. If the cost stays down, I'll stay there again for sure.
