After your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you a short pre-check-in form that takes just a couple of minutes to complete. It includes: ➤ Photo ID verification (standard for many short-stay homes) ➤ $300 refundable security deposit, fully returned within 5-7 business days (depending on your bank) after checkout, provided the home is left in a reasonable condition. If the home happens to be ready earlier on the day, we’ll always let you know — otherwise, we appreciate your understanding as our cleaning team needs adequate time to prepare the space for a comfortable stay. 🗝️ We provide 1 apartment key, 1 key card by default. If you would like a second set of key, a $200 security deposit may be requested to cover any lost keys or access passes. This is also refundable post check-out if all is in order. For arrivals after 11:00 PM, we’re happy to help arrange a late check-in. This can be done with a $55 key delivery service, depending on availability at the time. Paid casual parking is available at The Star Gold Coast, subject to availability. Simply use your valid Membership Card when entering and exiting the car park. Priority parking is available on Level 1M exclusively for eligible members.

Very walkable for beach, dining and the casino. Best public transport is the G:link light rail (Broadbeach South / Broadbeach stations) connecting north to Surfers Paradise, Southport and Helensvale. Regular TransLink buses serve Broadbeach South for western suburbs and Nerang/Robina connections. Taxis and rideshares (Uber/OLA) are readily available; short-term parking and paid street/car-park options exist if guests drive. Gold Coast Airport shuttle (Route 777) and private airport transfers operate to Broadbeach South.
