Our home is a brand new home with 4 bedroom + 1 study with a sofa bed (can be separated into 2 single beds upon request) that can accomodate 10 people in total comfortably. 🛏 4 bedrooms: All bedrooms have comfy queen beds. Master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Second bathroom has seperate toilet & bath + shower perfect for travelling families. 💻 Dedicated study with desk & monitor for travelling professionals. It also has a sofa bed (can convert to 2 singles on request). ❄️ Central ducted AC ensures every room stays perfectly cool in summer and cosy in winter. 🛋 Spacious living & dining area, fully equipped kitchen. 🍽 Covered alfresco dining with BBQ for relaxed Queensland evenings. 🧺 Laundry with washer & essentials. 🚗 Double garage + off-street parking.

👤 Guest Verification & Security Deposit Since we don’t have a front desk or on-site staff, we rely on a simple system to help care for the home and keep things running smoothly for everyone. Guest is required to complete a pre-check in form upon reservation confirmation, in the form we kindly ask for: ➤ A quick photo ID verification before arrival ➤ A $300.00 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkout—as long as everything’s left in good shape (which it usually is!). It’s just our way of making sure the space stays lovely and ready for the next guest. Thanks so much for understanding! 🐶 Pet-Friendly (By Request) We’re happy to welcome your furry friends—just send us a quick message before booking to get approval. ➤ $150.00 pet fee per pet, per stay ➤ Pets must be house-trained, kept off furniture unless covered, and not left alone for long ➤ Please clean up after your pet inside and out (especially make sure no dog poos outside in the front or back yard) 🔑 Self Check-in Your arrival, on your terms. We offer a smooth and contactless self check-in process using a secure key lockbox, so you can settle in at your own pace—whether you’re arriving with the sunset or under a sky full of stars. These are meant to get you started, not stocked for the full stay, so feel free to top up at nearby supermarkets if needed. 🕊 Quiet Hours: To respect the peaceful environment of our neighbourhood, we ask that guests observe quiet hours between 8:00 PM and 7:00 AM. This ensures a calm stay for everyone, including our neighbours. 🚗 Parking Notes: You’ll have access to your own secure garage, and there is additional street parking available. Please take care not to park on yellow lines and never block driveways (including your own or the neighbour’s). Council rules are strict, and we want to avoid any issues during your stay.
