👤 Guest Verification & Security Deposit Since we don’t have a front desk or on-site staff, we rely on a simple system to help care for the home and keep things running smoothly for everyone. Guest is required to complete a pre-check in form upon reservation confirmation, in the form we kindly ask for: ➤ A quick photo ID verification before arrival ➤ A $300.00 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkout—as long as everything’s left in good shape (which it usually is!). It’s just our way of making sure the space stays lovely and ready for the next guest. Thanks so much for understanding! 🐶 Pet-Friendly (By Request) We’re happy to welcome your furry friends—just send us a quick message before booking to get approval. ➤ $200.00 pet fee per pet, per stay ➤ $450 pet damage deposit fee which is refundable after stay ➤ Pets must be house-trained, kept off furniture unless covered, and not left alone for long ➤ Please clean up after your pet inside and out 🗝️ We provide 1 apartment key, 1 key card by default. If you would like a second set of key, a $200 security deposit may be requested to cover any lost keys or access passes. You will be able to use 1 carpark space for free in the Star Carpark. However, please note the following important details: 📝 To access complimentary parking, guests must provide their vehicle registration (rego) at least 24 hours before arrival. ⏳ This notice period is essential, as our parking system requires 24 hours to register your vehicle with the Star Casino carpark system. 🚫 If we do not receive your rego in time, you may need to pay for parking upon arrival (standard rate: $20/hr, capped at $80/day). 💳 Unfortunately, we are unable to reimburse parking costs incurred due to late submission of your vehicle information. How to Submit Your Rego: Once your stay is confirmed, simply message us with: Your vehicle registration number The name on your booking Your check-in date We’ll take care of the rest.
