After your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you a short pre-check-in form that takes just a couple of minutes to complete. It includes: ➤ Photo ID verification (standard for many short-stay homes) ➤ $300 refundable security deposit, fully returned within 5-7 business days (depending on your bank) after checkout, provided the home is left in a reasonable condition. If the home happens to be ready earlier on the day, we’ll always let you know — otherwise, we appreciate your understanding as our cleaning team needs adequate time to prepare the space for a comfortable stay. 🗝️ We provide 1 apartment key, 1 key card by default. If you would like a second set of key, a $200 security deposit may be requested to cover any lost keys or access passes. This includes basics such as toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, and cleaning essentials. Getting around Public transport: Broadbeach South G:link tram station is a short walk (≈2–8 minutes depending on crossing point) and connects north to Surfers Paradise, Southport and Helensvale. Multiple Translink bus routes run along the Gold Coast Highway; route 777 links Gold Coast Airport with Broadbeach South. Hail‑and‑ride local buses operate on parts of the Highway. Taxis and ride‑share operate 24/7 and are plentiful in the precinct. Walkability: very high — beach, shopping, restaurants and the convention centre are all walkable. Cycling: shared paths along the foreshore and local bike racks available.
