Towels provided according to the number of guests. If you would like extra towel please let us know! ✣ Living & Dining area: We have one L-shaped sofa bed in our living room that can sleep 1-2 more guests. Enquire for more info on extra charge & etc. Smart TV Air conditioned. Dining table & chairs - sits 6-8 people. Free WIFI throughout the house. ✣ Kitchen: Our kitchen has a little old-school charm and some stories to tell, but we keep it tidy, clean, and ready for you to enjoy. It’s fully stocked with all the essentials you’ll need, whether you’re making a quick coffee or a family feast. We’ve taken care to make it a cozy, practical space that feels like home—perfect for relaxed meals and happy memories. Electric stove & oven; Microwave; Kettle; Toaster. Kitchen utensils & cookwares. ✣ Air con situation: The house is equipped with an air conditioner located in the living room. While the AC is only in this central area, the home’s cozy size ensures that it cools down quickly and effectively, keeping the entire space pleasant and comfortable.

👤 Guest Verification & Security Deposit Since we don’t have a front desk or on-site staff, we rely on a simple system to help care for the home and keep things running smoothly for everyone. Guest is required to complete a pre-check in form upon reservation confirmation, in the form we kindly ask for: ➤ A quick photo ID verification before arrival ➤ A $300.00 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkout—as long as everything’s left in good shape (which it usually is!). It’s just our way of making sure the space stays lovely and ready for the next guest. Thanks so much for understanding! 🐶 Pet-Friendly (By Request) We’re happy to welcome your furry friends—just send us a quick message before booking to get approval. ➤ $170.00 pet fee per pet, per stay ➤ Pets must be house-trained, kept off furniture unless covered, and not left alone for long ➤ Please clean up after your pet inside and out (especially make sure no dog poos outside in the front or back yard) No Parties or Events: • Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted under any circumstances. Quiet Hours: • Please respect our quiet hours from [insert time, 10 PM to 7 AM to ensure a serene environment for everyone. Zero Tolerance for Complaints: • Any noise complaints or disturbances reported by neighbors may result in immediate termination of your booking without a refund.
