❀ Home Layout: - Our place is double storey home with 3 bedroom upstairs + 1 extra office/bedroom downstairs. We have 1 King beds in master bedroom with an ensuite, 1 Queen bed & 2 single beds in 2 other bedrooms. The study downstairs has a sofa bed which can be set up as a double bed upon request to sleep 1-2 extra guests! - Fully equipped kitchen with cooking basics supplied - Cute lounge room with a Smart TV (not connected to Antenna) - In house laundry downstairs with a washing machine - Fully covered patio with a BBQ grill, outdoor dining space overlooking our small but leafy backyard! - Ping Pong table & Games Room/Office downstairs with a sofa bed ❀ Location: - Only 7km to Brisbane CBD & South Bank, which is an easy 10 min drive or 20 min direct bus ride from nearby bus stops which are just 5 min walk away from our home. - 600m to nearest supermarket - Woolworths Annerley - 800m to Fairfield Gardens Shopping Centre - Coles & Aldi etc.

After your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you a short pre-check-in form that takes just a couple of minutes to complete.
