You are more than welcomed to look after our plants for us while you are here ;) 🚢 CityCat ferry terminal nearby – easy access to the CBD. 5 min drive to the Airport & 10 min drive to Brisbane City! Only 260 metres to the Cruise Ship terminal! 🍽 Surrounded by award-winning restaurants, cafes & boutique shops 🛍 Woolworths, IGA & essential shopping just across the street! Only one cupboard in the apartment is locked for personal storage purpose!

Hi there! We’re really looking forward to hosting you! To help us make your check-in smooth and easy, we kindly ask all guests to complete a quick online pre check-in before arrival. It only takes a couple of minutes and helps us get everything ready for your stay. Also, please note that a refundable damage deposit will be required. This is just a standard part of our process and will be returned promptly after your stay, provided everything is in good order. 🐾 Pets are welcome, but must be approved in advance. We can accommodate one small to medium-sized pet only. • A $170 pet fee per stay applies to cover deep cleaning and ensure the home is fresh for every guest. • A $300 pet damage deposit is also required and will be fully refunded after check-out, provided no damage is found. 🗝️ We provide 1 apartment key, 1 key card by default. If you would like a second set of key, a $200 security deposit may be requested to cover any lost keys or access passes. This is also refundable post check-out if all is in order. 🕒 Check-in from 3PM | Check-out by 10AM Early check-in and late check-out are available by request—please message us ahead of time and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. 👤 Guest Verification & Security Deposit Since we don’t have a front desk or on-site staff, we rely on a simple system to help care for the home and keep things running smoothly for everyone. Guest is required to complete a pre-check in form upon reservation confirmation, in the form we kindly ask for: ➤ A quick photo ID verification before arrival ➤ A $300.00 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkout—as long as everything’s left in good shape (which it usually is!). It’s just our way of making sure the space stays lovely and ready for the next guest. Thanks so much for understanding! 🚫 No Parties & Quiet Hours: This is a strict no-party property. We have a zero-tolerance policy for unauthorised gatherings. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbours. 🏢 Respect the Neighbourhood & Building Rules – Please follow all building bylaws and be mindful of other residents. ONLY park in the designated parking space provided for our unit. Unauthorised parking may result in fines or towing at your expense. 🧹 Leave the Home Clean & Tidy – This is my home, and I ask that you treat it as you would your own. Please leave the space in a good, clean condition upon checkout. Excess mess may result in an additional cleaning fee.
