Guest is required to complete a pre-check in form upon reservation confirmation, in the form we kindly ask for: ➤ A quick photo ID verification before arrival ➤ A $300.00 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkout—as long as everything’s left in good shape (which it usually is!). It’s just our way of making sure the space stays lovely and ready for the next guest. Thanks so much for understanding! 🐶 Pet-Friendly (By Request) We’re happy to welcome your furry friends—just send us a quick message before booking to get approval. ➤ $150.00 pet fee per pet, per stay ➤ Pets must be house-trained, kept off furniture unless covered, and not left alone for long ➤ Please clean up after your pet inside and out (especially make sure no dog poos outside in the front or back yard) Our building has one extra room & one bathroom downstairs on the garage level This additional space in the basement that can be arranged for extra flexibility—just let us know! ‼ Please contact us on the availability of our garage if you are driving. Garage usage is subject to availability!! The kitchen is on the smaller side. It’s got everything you need for simple meals, but if you’re planning to cook up a feast, you might need to get creative with space. The layout is different from a traditional house. Some areas still carry traces of its original design, but that just adds to the charm.
