Guest is required to complete a pre-check in form upon reservation confirmation, in the form we kindly ask for: ⤠A quick photo ID verification before arrival ⤠A $300.00 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkoutâas long as everythingâs left in good shape (which it usually is!). Itâs just our way of making sure the space stays lovely and ready for the next guest.
