👤 Guest Verification & Security Deposit Since we don’t have a front desk or on-site staff, we rely on a simple system to help care for the home and keep things running smoothly for everyone. Guest is required to complete a pre-check in form upon reservation confirmation, in the form we kindly ask for: ➤ A quick photo ID verification before arrival ➤ A $300.00 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkout—as long as everything’s left in good shape (which it usually is!). It’s just our way of making sure the space stays lovely and ready for the next guest. Beautiful apartment with stunning views. There was plenty of space for my sister & I. It was decorated nicely, plenty of toiletries, linen etc. There is a small shopping complex a short walk with a supermarket & delicious Japanese restaurant (among a few others). A highlight for us was lying in our beds watching the planes circle in their holding patterns in the distance at night. Billie was responsive & lovely to deal with. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay, it was the perfect location to go to bluey world! The apartment was very comfortable and had beautiful views, walking distance to nice restaurants and cafes, and there were some toys and books for our toddler. will definitely stay again!

It was exactly what I was looking for, clean peaceful, and relaxing. Great location and Billie was quick with responding. I had no problems which was great. I’d book again.
