👤 Guest Verification & Security Deposit Since we don’t have a front desk or on-site staff, we rely on a simple system to help care for the home and keep things running smoothly for everyone. Guest is required to complete a pre-check in form upon reservation confirmation, in the form we kindly ask for: ➤ A quick photo ID verification before arrival ➤ A $300.00 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkout—as long as everything’s left in good shape (which it usually is!). It’s just our way of making sure the space stays lovely and ready for the next guest. Thanks so much for understanding! 🐶 Pet-Friendly (By Request) We’re happy to welcome your furry friends—just send us a quick message before booking to get approval. ➤ $170.00 pet fee per pet, per stay ➤ Pets must be house-trained, kept off furniture unless covered, and not left alone for long ➤ Please clean up after your pet inside and out 🗝️ We provide 1 apartment key, 1 key card by default. Wow is the first words to come out of my daughter and my mouth as we entered the unit , everything was spotless , the view was unbelievable . To top it all off Billie was amazing every msg was responded to very fast an so helpful . We would definitely book again

Had a wonderful 3 night stay with my Mum for our annual girls trip. When first booking our stay, we found that this apartment was one of the only high rises that had 2 bedrooms and secure parking included as well, so it was a win win. The apartment was very clean and furnished well. We utilised the balcony section often for our cheese boards and cups of tea in the morning. The views were stunning. The apartment was central to everything we needed, and just a short walk to The Star and nearby shops and food. Communication was excellent and punctual. I had a few questions at the start when booking and even some during, and they were all answered very quickly. We will definitely be returning again next year. Thanks again!

Perfect location and great unit with amazing views. The pool was really nice and the parking space was an added bonus as well. Billie was the most responsive and approachable host I've ever had and was flexible with an earlier check in time which was great. Cannot wait to stay again.
