👤 Quick Pre-Check-In (Easy & Secure) Because this is a self-check-in home with no on-site staff, we use a simple pre-check-in process to keep everything running smoothly for our guests and the property. After your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you a short pre-check-in form that takes just a couple of minutes to complete. It includes: ➤ Photo ID verification (standard for many short-stay homes) ➤ $300 refundable security deposit, fully returned within 3 days of checkout, provided the home is left in a reasonable condition. This process helps us ensure a safe, well-maintained space for everyone — and allows us to offer a seamless, contact-free check-in experience. We really enjoyed our stay. Communication was easy and responsive, and the instructions were clear and straightforward. They went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of . The apartment was very clean and tidy, and well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It is very family friendly. The host was able to provide a baby cot and a high chair, which we really appreciated. Check-in and check-out were both very easy and smooth. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the shopping street and Southbank, making it very convenient. The host was very responsive and communication was great throughout our stay. Highly recommended, and we would happily stay here again.

We stayed over a weekend and Billie was an awesome host and was super prompt to answer questions prior and during our stay. The unit was stunning and the view was lovely in the evening. Would absolutely recommend.
