We have 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Bedroom 1: King Bed Bedroom 2: King Bed Bedroom 3: 2 Double Beds The home has two full bathrooms, but please note — there’s no ensuite. • Main bathroom is upstairs, easily accessible from all bedrooms. It’s simple, clean, and has everything you need to get ready in the morning or wind down at night. • Second bathroom is located beneath the house, a classic Queenslander quirk. It’s handy for larger groups or anyone using the backyard or parking area — basic but functional. The kitchen is a little old-school — think timber cupboards, vintage charm, and a layout that’s seen many family meals over the years. It’s fully functional, with all the essentials: stove, oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and cookware for simple home cooking. The living room is cosy, sunlit, and made for slow afternoons. With its high ceilings, timber floors, and soft lounges, it’s a space that invites you to kick off your shoes and stay a while.

👤 Guest Verification & Security Deposit Since we don’t have a front desk or on-site staff, we rely on a simple system to help care for the home and keep things running smoothly for everyone. Guest is required to complete a pre-check in form upon reservation confirmation, in the form we kindly ask for: ➤ A quick photo ID verification before arrival ➤ A $300.00 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkout—as long as everything’s left in good shape (which it usually is!). It’s just our way of making sure the space stays lovely and ready for the next guest. Thanks so much for understanding! 🐶 Pet-Friendly (By Request) We’re happy to welcome your furry friends—just send us a quick message before booking to get approval. ➤ $150.00 pet fee per pet, per stay ➤ Pets must be house-trained, kept off furniture unless covered, and not left alone for long ➤ Please clean up after your pet inside and out (especially make sure no dog poos outside in the front or back yard)
