This private lower-level unit (ground floor) of a larger house offers a comfortable, convenient base for families, friends or work trips. Please note, there is no separate living room with a TV. The TV is located in the master bedroom for relaxed movie nights from bed. Our standard occupancy is 6 guests, with a maximum capacity of 8 guests. A sofa bed is available for additional sleeping space and can be prepared upon request. Please let us know in advance if you require the sofa bed so we can have it ready for your arrival. Sofa bed setup and extra guest fees apply. 🚗 Parking There is NO GARAGE access for guests. Parking is available in the front yard or on the street, subject to availability and local parking restrictions.
