👤 Guest Verification & Security Deposit Since we don’t have a front desk or on-site staff, we rely on a simple system to help care for the home and keep things running smoothly for everyone. Guest is required to complete a pre-check in form upon reservation confirmation, in the form we kindly ask for: ➤ A quick photo ID verification before arrival ➤ A $300.00 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkout—as long as everything’s left in good shape (which it usually is!). It’s just our way of making sure the space stays lovely and ready for the next guest. Thanks so much for understanding! 🐶 Pet-Friendly (By Request) We’re happy to welcome your furry friends—just send us a quick message before booking to get approval. ➤ $170.00 pet fee per pet, per stay ➤ Pets must be house-trained, kept off furniture unless covered, and not left alone for long ➤ Please clean up after your pet inside and out 🛌💤Just a heads up! If you’d like the second bed set up, there’s a $55 setup fee. Please let us know ahead of time so we can get everything ready and comfy for your stay. 🐾 Pets are welcome, but must be approved in advance. We can accommodate one small to medium-sized pet only. • A $170 pet fee per stay applies to cover deep cleaning and ensure the home is fresh for every guest. • A $300 pet damage deposit is also required and will be fully refunded after check-out, provided no damage is found. 🗝️ We provide 1 apartment key, 1 key card by default. If you would like a second set of key, a $200 security deposit may be requested to cover any lost keys or access passes. This is also refundable post check-out if all is in order. 🕒 Check-in from 3PM | Check-out by 10AM Early check-in and late check-out are available by request—please message us ahead of time and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. 🚗 Parking Information Our apartment does not have a dedicated parking We can offer on-site parking for guests, but: Advance notice is required (at least 1 day before check-in). Parking is subject to availability. Charges may apply depending on the length of stay.
