The complex itself is modern and sleek, everything from the lobby, gym, downstairs dinning and lounge to the outdoor cinema, pool and bbq areas provided the best value for money. The host was easy to contact, and so accommodating to our late extension. The people in the complex are friendly, the couch is so comfy we've fallen asleep netflixing a couple times only to wake up to a beautiful view of the sunrising. The apartment is kept in clean condition, and if you're Broncos gyal like me you'll also appreciate the view of suncorp stadium too. We also found everything is so close, petrol stations, grocery stores, Mt Cootha, the city etc. I really appreciate the free parking and visitor parking too as this allowed us to have friends over for dinner etc. The rooftop Jacuzzi at night was the best for unwinding, honestly I could've slept on the daybeds till morning if they allowed it :D The heavy huge coffee table took up alot of space in the not so big living space, and day beds on the roof top need a good clean and still its hard to fault our stay, if i could nit pick at anything I would suggest adding minor utilities missing such as a broom to sweep outside, salad bowls, pegs for the clothes line (dryer could be great too), preloaded tv subscriptions like netflix, spotify & prime and perhaps layout of the living space for a more functional space, example I would have dinning space on the balcony for 4 people, push the couch to the wall, add a single sofa chair and bigger rug. But thats just me being picky! Our stay was so good, this is now the only place we will consider booking when back in Brisbane. Thank you so much!

Great location, modern space Cleanliness was a bit unsatisfactory - there was hair in the bedrooms on the carpet, dust on the skirting boards, and the shower drain in the bathroom smelt bad.
