We can provide extra upon prior request for free! - Master bedroom: a queen bed, a smart TV and an en-suite bathroom with a shower - Second bedroom: a queen bed - Second guest bathroom with a shower We can prepare port-a-cot and/or high chair for families free of charge, please contact us for to arrange the service prior to your arrival! <Lounge + Dining> - Comfy sofa and a 72 inch smart TV with most streaming services available. 👤 Guest Verification & Security Deposit Since we don’t have a front desk or on-site staff, we rely on a simple system to help care for the home and keep things running smoothly for everyone. Guest is required to complete a pre-check in form upon reservation confirmation, in the form we kindly ask for: ➤ A quick photo ID verification before arrival ➤ A $300.00 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkout—as long as everything’s left in good shape (which it usually is!). It’s just our way of making sure the space stays lovely and ready for the next guest. Thanks so much for understanding! 🐶 Pet-Friendly (By Request) We’re happy to welcome your furry friends—just send us a quick message before booking to get approval. ➤ $170.00 pet fee per pet, per stay ➤ Pets must be house-trained, kept off furniture unless covered, and not left alone for long ➤ Please clean up after your pet inside and out 🗝️ We provide 1 apartment key, 1 key card by default. Extra key can be arranged upon request. If you would like a second set of key, an additional $100 security deposit may be requested to cover any lost keys or access passes. Amy is a great host, we had no problem getting the keys and found the place clean & comfortable. Amy was very helpful with our very early departure and made things much simpler for us to leave the apartment with clear instructions. It was great being so close to restaurants, entertainment and shopping. Thanks very much.

This is our second time staying at Amy’s place. So happy the first time we returned! Excellent location and beautiful apartment with the added bonus of a friendly host whose communication was excellent. Will be returning for a stay when next in Brisbane.
