👤 Guest Verification & Security Deposit Since we don’t have a front desk or on-site staff, we rely on a simple system to help care for the home and keep things running smoothly for everyone. Guest is required to complete a pre-check in form upon reservation confirmation, in the form we kindly ask for: ➤ A quick photo ID verification before arrival ➤ A $300.00 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkout—as long as everything’s left in good shape (which it usually is!). It’s just our way of making sure the space stays lovely and ready for the next guest. Thanks so much for understanding! 🐶 Pet-Friendly (By Request) We’re happy to welcome your furry friends—just send us a quick message before booking to get approval. ➤ $170.00 pet fee per pet, per stay ➤ Pets must be house-trained, kept off furniture unless covered, and not left alone for long ➤ Please clean up after your pet inside and out 🗝️ We provide 1 apartment key, 1 key card by default. If you would like a second set of key, a $200 security deposit may be requested to cover any lost keys or access passes. Guests have full private access to the apartment and secure carpark. Please note: due to a recent policy change, building facilities such as the pool and rooftop terrace are reserved for long-term residents. Luckily, Brisbane’s own urban oasis, South Bank Parklands and its free City Beach, is only a short 10–15 minute walk (or 3 minutes by car).

Great place to stay, we were just sad to only be there one night! Apartment complex is lush and very secure, so many great food options and still a very easy and pretty walk to the city. Amy was the most proactive and easy to communicate with host I think I’ve ever had. Nice to have 2 bathrooms and heating options in each room also

It was a pleasure staying at Amy’s place. Was very responsive and helpful. The place was very well equipped and catered to all my needs. The bed was super comfy with crisp clean linen. The location was perfect as everything I needed was mostly within walking distance.
