Our home is Brand New & Barely touched, waiting just for you and your family ;) ⚠️ A gentle note: Our home is part of a new estate, with other homes still under construction nearby. While the street may carry the occasional sound of progress 🚧 during the day.

1. Quiet hours from 9pm — no parties or events is allowed. Please respect the neighbourhood 🥰 2. A refundable damage deposit of $300 is required before check-in. This will be returned within a few days of your departure, provided the home is left in good condition. 3. Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible with prior arrangement 4. Pets are welcome by request only — an additional fee of $150 per pet per stay applies to cover up extra cleaning required after your stay. 5. Please send us a quick message when you check out so we can notify our cleaning team 6. Excessive mess, lost keys, or unreported damage may result in additional charges
